LABORATORY SELECTION ASSISTANCE AND MONITORING
We work with all of the major accredited laboratories in the nation, offering you a
choice of quality labs and their federally compliant services. Our laboratory partners
have been certified by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration
(SAMHSA) to meet governmental requirements and First Advantage’s own high-quality
standards. We manage the entire process: from laboratory selection, forms distribution
and tracking, to laboratory monitoring and problem resolution.
EXPERT MRO SERVICES
First Advantage is unique in that it employs full-time MROs who have developed an
expertise in MRO practice. Our team of highly qualified professionals review chain of
custody and test results, and conduct the entire donor interview process as prescribed
by federal regulations. Our MROs are required to be certified by the American
Association of Medical Review Officers and/or the Medical Review Officer Certification
Council, ensuring the highest quality performance in this key substance abuse testing
