How do I place an online order?
  1. Use the Search feature to find your desired product(s). Enter quantity, select your item(s) and click the Add Items To Cart button.
  2. Click Cart at top right of your screen at any time to review your Shopping Cart and click Secure Checkout at bottom right (please note that you must be logged in to place an order). Confirm any availability questions and click OK.
  3. Select a shipping address in the drop down box or select Create New Address and enter it. Click Continue to proceed to payment options.
  4. Payment options vary by account. If you select Invoice My Account, enter your purchase order and click Continue to complete your order. If you choose to pay by Credit Card, select a Saved Card or a New Card and click Continue. Enter billing details for the credit card and click Purchase Now to complete your order.
If you’ve ordered from us in the past and have your invoice handy, or if you happen to know the exact part number(s) you need (prefix and product number e.g. CEC 199), you can use the Quick Order feature in the Search box. Quick Order offers a fast and easy way for power users to simply enter their part numbers and proceed directly to checkout

We also accept orders by telephone at 800-759-6479 and 770-277-9629, or by fax at 770-338-9220. For your convenience here is a Fax Order Formto download.


How can I find my part numbers on the site?

Use the Search feature to find products using any of the following:

  1. Search the Part Number box. Enter our part numbers or other's numbers to find our matching products.
  2. Search the Keyword box. Enter words describing the item(s) you are looking for.
  3. Browse through the main category tabs at the top of the site.
Please note: use fewer keywords/partial part number to broaden your search results. It is helpful to try several descriptive words if needed.
Can I keep track of my frequent purchases online?

Our Frequent Purchases List feature is designed to help you keep track of items that you purchase on a frequent basis. This feature also speeds up the ordering process by allowing you to select items to purchase from your list(s).

Please note that you must be registered and logged in to use the Frequent Purchases List feature.

In order to place an order for items on your Purchase List, go to the My Frequent Purchases or My Orders page under My Account on the left. Select an order or a list, enter quantity desired, select item(s) and click on the Add Item to Cart button. You may also select Buy All Items to put all the items on the list in your shopping cart.


How do I create/update My Frequent Purchases List(s)?

Go to the My Frequent Purchases page under My Account on the left and create a new list by entering a list name. You can modify an existing personal shopping list by clicking on View List. You can then add, delete and update items on the list. You can also add items to a list from the Search Results or Product Detail pages.

Frequent Purchases Lists can only be viewed by you (registered user).


Do you use secure online ordering?

Yes, we use a leading online payment system to process safe, secure credit card transactions. Our credit card process is completely PCI compliant and offers the strongest encryption methods and security protocols available so you can be sure that your credit card information will be safe.


 
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and various other popular credit cards – and with qualified accounts, we accept Net 30 Payment Terms. To get Net 30 payment terms please print and submit this credit application form. You must also place an order to get billing terms.


 
Why has my credit card been declined and yet a charge shows on my card?

When an order is placed we reserve (pre-approve) funds immediately but do not capture funds until the order is shipped. The reserve is temporary and is removed after a few days. If the transaction is approved we will ship the order and capture the funds.

In some cases the bank approves the transaction but our additional layer of security does not. In this case you may see a temporary transaction in your account but we have not accepted the order. You will always see a confirmation screen if an order is accepted.

    Additional Information:
  1. During the process of obtaining authorization from your bank for a charge to your credit card, we send your bank the details that you have provided on our payment page as well as the amount that you wish to charge.
  2. Your bank first confirms that your card has credit available for the charge. If the card has adequate credit, then your bank sends us an authorization number.
  3. Your bank also compares the details of your account with the details that you provided on our payment page in the shopping cart. If the details do not match, then your bank sends us a code identifying the type of mismatch, such as a mismatch with your billing address or other card details. This mismatch does not prevent your bank from authorizing the charge, but it does prevent us from actually charging your credit card.
  4. We will not charge your card if there is a mismatch. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure.
  5. Your bank will not know that we have declined the transaction based on the mismatch. In fact, your bank will simply show the transaction as pre-approved. However, it does not mean that any money will be removed from your account. It just means that the charge has been pre-approved. Since no money will be removed, the pre-approval will disappear in a few days and your charge will disappear. As a result, your available credit will return to what it was before the pre-approval.

How can I get additional information about a product?

Simply click on a part number to go to the Product Details page for information on a particular item including pricing, images, description, reviews, etc.


How can I obtain MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) on the products I purchase?

Many MSDS documents are available for download on our product pages. Other MSDS documents are available upon request. To request MSDS information please go to the Contact Us page.


 
Shipping and Freight
 

Will I incur shipping charges on orders placed?

When will my order be shipped?

For established customers, orders placed on in-stock items will ship the same day if received prior to 3:00 pm EST. Orders received after 3:00 pm EST will ship the next business day. First time orders require more time for processing. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.


Can you ship priority-air orders?

Yes. Next Day Air orders placed for available items will be expedited if received early enough. We understand the need to receive urgent orders and every effort will be made to accommodate your request. Our check-out pages allow customer to select Next Day Air. Additional shipping charges on Priority/Next Day Air orders will apply.


Where will my order ship from?

In-stock products are shipped from points determined by ship to location and availability. Our facilities are located in;

  • Lawrenceville, GA
  • Reading, PA
  • Santa Fe Springs, CA
Some products are shipped direct from the manufacturers.
Do you ship to APO/FPO Locations?

Yes we do ship to all 3 APO/FPO locations - AA, AE and AP.

How do I report issues regarding an order I placed?

Logging In
 
Are my User ID and/or password case sensitive?

Yes, both your User ID and Password are case sensitive. If you cannot remember how you entered your login information, go to the Forgot My Password page and provide the email address that you entered during registration. We will email your user id and reset password.


Why can't I log in?
    There could be several reasons why you can't log in to your account including:
  1. Username is different from the one you registered with. Note: User Id is case sensitive.
  2. Password is different from the one you registered with. Password is case sensitive.
  3. Wrong Username and Password Combination.
  4. You are not registered on our site. Go to the Registration page to register.
  5. If you can't remember your Login Information please visit the Forgot My Password page to retrieve your user id and reset your password.

I can't remember my login name or password.

If you cannot remember how you entered your login information, go to the Forgot My Password page and provide the email address that you entered during registration. We will email you your user id and reset password.


 
Sales Information
 
Do you setup National Accounts?

Yes. Depending on your fleet size and annual spend you may be eligible for special terms and pricing. A Sales Representative can contact you to discuss this.


How can I have a sales representative contact me?

Please go to the Contact Us page, fill out your information and send us a message. A Sales representative will contact you. You can also call Customer Service at 1-800-759-6479 Monday through Friday 7am through 6 pm EST.


Do you provide special quotes?

Yes, we offer special pricing on large volume purchases. You can submit your parts list for review and to determine if you are eligible by going to the Contact Us or call Customer Service at 1-800-759-6479 Monday through Friday 7am through 6 pm EST.


 
Updating your Account
 
How do I update my contact information?

Once you are logged in to the site, go to the My Profile page under My Account on the left and make your changes.


How do I change my shipping addresses?

Once you are logged in to the site, go to the My Profile page under My Account on the left. Click on the Update button under Shipping and add, update or delete your shipping addresses.


How do I change my password?

Once you are logged in to the site, go to the My Profile page under My Account on the left. Click on the Update button under Password. You need to enter your old password and confirm your new password twice in order to make a change. You can also update your fax, business phone or email address.


 
How do I update my credit card information?

We do not store your credit card information. After a credit card order is placed we only store a Transaction ID to bill your card. We use the Transaction ID until the order is complete and in most cases we do not use it again. The next order will generate a new Transaction ID to be used for that order. We can only see the last 4 digits of your card.


 
Registering
 
How do I register?

Complete the required information on our Registration page and click Submit. You are immediately ready to order with a credit card once you register. If you want a billing account with terms, please submit this credit application. You must also place an order to get billing status.


Do I need a RyderFleetProducts account number to register?

No you do not need an RyderFleetProducts account number to register. If you are a new customer, you will be assigned a RyderFleetProducts Customer Number. If you are an existing customer and cannot remember you RyderFleetProducts account number, we will look that up based on your name, company and address.


How do I establish an account with RyderFleetProducts?

You can establish an account with Ryder Fleet Products by registering online and placing an order. To register online, go the Registration Page Complete the required information and click Submit. You are immediately ready to order with a credit card once you register.
